We aim to dispatch orders with in 4 working days form receipt of order. This can sometimes vary at very busy periods i.e. Christmas time.
Shipping can take around 6-7 days on very rare occasions delivery can take up to 15 days.
Once your order has been shipped all relevant tracking information will be sent in our dispatch email.
We track all orders so if no order has been received within 20 days a replacement will be sent right away.
